Another nice paper on functionalized mesoporous silica nanoparticles has just been published in Advanced Materials Interfaces. The work which stems out of Cornelia’s thesis describes the possibility to target specific bacteria of the gut microbiome using inulin-conjugated silica particles. The work involves a fruitful collaboration with the Giorgia Del Favero team and the group of David Berry.
